Leica Issues Update on M9/SDHC Card Compatibility

Back on August 5th, we posted the story of Leica issuing a statement on M9/SDHC card compatibility with an update posted on September 14th. Leica has today issued another update on the matter. Looks like we'll be seeing a firmware update soon that will address all these SD card issues...

It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of Steve Jobs. While perhaps not unexpected to many of the Apple faithful, it does not lessen the loss we feel.

Added today is the Zeiss Biogon T* 2,8/25 ZM lens review.

A simply stunning lens by any measure - capable of extremely high resolution, with practically no distortion and fabulous rendering. This focal length is about as wide as you can go without resorting to an external viewfinder on most bodies and makes a great 35mm equivalent on the M8.

Lens coding. Normally a service provided by Leica for older Leica lenses and found on all new lenses. What if you use a Voigtländer, Zeiss or other lens? Or would rather not spend the money and time to get your Leica lens coded? The answer is simple, albeit temporary.
