Okay, so it's not technically about Leica... Or is it? If you use Adobe Lightroom, or any other imaging utilities on your iDevices... This is good news! Not only is the hardware powerful enough, it's now able to be fully used with the release of Apple iOS 10 on September 20, 2016! Macphun has announced Aurora HDR Pro v1.2.2 which adds RAW support for a slew of cameras, especially of interest to our readers is the Leica M (Type 262). There are also numerous performance improvements to Photos extension, Alignment, Luminosity histogram, and preview on Layer, among others. Read more below for details!

Iridient Digital has released Iridient Developer 3.1, an update to its RAW converter and image processing software for Mac OS X. This update brings two new version 4 RAW (demosaic) processing algorithms for Bayer sensor cameras feature improved fine detail rendering while reducing false detail artifacts, lower noise and provide fast performance. This update also includes a critical workaround for an issue introduced in the recent Mac OS X 10.11.4 update which affects the Shadows and Highlights (Neighborhood Adaptive) adjustments.
