Iridient Digital Adds Leica M-D Support in v3.1

Iridient Digital has released Iridient Developer 3.1, an update to its RAW converter and image processing software for Mac OS X. This update brings two new version 4 RAW (demosaic) processing algorithms for Bayer sensor cameras feature improved fine detail rendering while reducing false detail artifacts, lower noise and provide fast performance. This update also includes a critical workaround for an issue introduced in the recent Mac OS X 10.11.4 update which affects the Shadows and Highlights (Neighborhood Adaptive) adjustments. This update also includes bug fixes and support for many new RAW cameras... Including the new Leica M-D (Type 262) camera! Read more below for details!

Macphun Updates Tonality with Leica Support

Software manufacturer Macphun has announced an update to its Tonality application that introduces batch processing, free preset packs, as well as Raw support for a wider range of cameras including the Leica Q (Type 116), Leica SL (Type 601) and Leica Monochrom (Type 246). Cosina Releases Augmented Reality Lens App

Cosina has released a new mobile app that can create augmented reality views of different Voigtländer lenses attached to your Leica (or other) camera. You need to download the iOS app (available for iPhone and iPad) and this AR tag - place it on your camera mount and the app takes care of the rest!

Phase One has just released Capture One Pro v9.1.
