Leica Camera released firmware update v1.43 for the Leica T (Type 701) camera. You can download it here along with the instructions. This is a minor release (to the prior v1.4 firmware), fixing four bugs; audio issue in video playback, aperture/shutter speed value shift in A, S or M exposure mode, disappearing ISO value in live view mode and blocked live view in burst shooting mode.

A Hands-On Review of the new Leica SL (Type 601) from the Leica Store Wien Team (Vienna, Austria). They checked out the photo features of the new 24MP CMOS Leica SL and visited some of the best locations in and around Vienna and got some stunning results. The images you see are post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 6 with only the Tone Curve adjusted. No other editing has been done. Check out the video below!

Today, Leica Camera has introduced a new version of the D-LUX (Typ 109) camera in a "solid gray" finish. The camera’s technical specifications are identical to the black D-LUX (Typ 109) - a 12.8MP 4/3-inch sensor with 4K video, WiFi, a fast DC Vario-Summilux lens and EVF. Read more below for details.

In addition to the new Leica T (Type 701) firmware v1.4 - Leica also officially introduced two new Leica TL lenses... The Leica Summilux-TL 35 mm f/1.4 ASPH, scheduled to be available in Spring 2016 and will be followed by the Leica APO-Macro-Elmarit-TL 60 mm f/2.8 ASPH in Autumn 2016.
