Let's share a better photo. Here she is equipped with a suitable ND filter on the Summilux 50 asph + red, adjustable, Artisan&Artist strap. What's not see is the Tri-X loaded :-)

Had a bit of a bumpy start and was thinking I need to immediately send her in for maintenance, as I couldn't get the meter working. It's was a struggle.. The recommended SR44 batteries are banned in EU, so only really old stock was available. Ran through 3 sets of those and they were all depleted to the point the meter didn't function.. Also ran through 1 set of LR44's that didn't work either... You can guess I was getting annoyed at this point. No matter which I sticked the batteries in, there was no metering.

Then found one more set of LR44's at home from a remote control.. so I knew those were functioning. Read through the instruction manual and inserted the batteries - IT WORKS!

Also the camera is supplied with 2 different battery bay covers, the one that was installed had battery instruction the wrong way!!!!

Good thing I did, for sake of making everything 100% right, check the owners manual in case I had missed something.

Anyway, now ready to shoot and everything works!

Good for you! How frustrating that must have been, and what a relief when you worked through the problem. What a beautiful camera and lens combination. The red strap really looks sharp, too! Oh, the envy!
