Post subject:  Konica M-Hexanon Lenses

With the introduction of the Konica Hexar RF camera in 1999, half a dozen M compatible lenses would become available. They're regarded as being reasonably priced and excellent performers.

The M-Hexanon 60mm f/1.2 is especially sought after and rare, with only 800 units being produced for the Japan-only market.

The lenses were produced from 1999 to 2003, and include the following:

- M-Hexanon 21-35mm f3.4-4 (2002+)
- M-Hexanon 28 mm f2.8 (1999+)
- M-Hexanon 35 mm f2 (2001+)
- M-Hexanon 50 mm f1.2 (LE model 2001+)
- M-Hexanon 50 mm f2 (1999+)
- M-Hexanon 60 mm f/1.2 (Extremely rare Japan-only market lens 1999+)
- M-Hexanon 90 mm f2.8 (1999+)

In late 2003, the entire system was discontinued.
