That is a really neat shot, Dave. The detail, the vignetting... But I think the unusual perspective/angle is what really does it.

I really love that second shot... But the first one is a great perspective! Also really digging the vignetting of the lens (which I assume wasn't done in post). Call me crazy, but I like vignetting a lot of the time. The third shot really paints quite a scene. Nicely captured with the sun's rays landing on the distant architecture and the hedgerow and trees framing the scene.

I adjusted the tones and contrast slightly to give me the look I wanted for the main subject, this darkened it a bit but the vignetting is all natural :)

I'm with you, I love that 60's retro feel the vignetting gives to a picture.

Unless your forte is shooting digital colour wide open the Angulon is a hard package to beat.
