Thanks Michael. I definitely feel as though I've used the 21mm a lot since I got this SEM and the Leica viewfinder.

Unfortunately this lens (which is near perfect on film) has some red edge issues on the M. It is an annoying extra step, but has to be done until Leica improves the firmware to deal with these issues. The first photo below is a Lightroom edited (but unfixed) photo, the second has been put through CornerFix.

Here are a couple more that have been put through CornerFix:

All edited in LR5

I want to add my thanks for posting the color and B&W photographs with this particular lens. My widest lens thus far is 35mm (more "normal" than wide), and I'm still hemming and hawing about the next focal length to invest in. These postings are very helpful, especially because they provide a variety of subject matter.

I noticed some were taken in my neck of the woods, outside the Leica Store LA and on Robertson Blvd. If any LVL-er is around there, I'd be happy to meet for coffee at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf near the Leica Store, or one of the other nearby cafes.

By the way, Wayne, congratulations on the new M-E. That was my first digital Leica and I love it.
