1. Keep your greasy fingers off the rangefinder window on the front of the camera.

2. On a rangefinder you must remember to remove the lens cap.

3. My hands are bigger than I thought.

LOL! Yes, basic survival skills there.

1) After about 30 years I still manage to get my fingers on the windows. Thankfully they're very easy to wipe off with a shirt. :P

2) Yes, often learned the hard way! Keep an eye out for funny meter readings; for example... Broad daylight, wide open - and still reading 32"! I don't recall ever doing this, but I'm sure I must've at some point in the past...

Just don't be "that guy."

3) Thankfully, I have relatively small hands so I find RFs to be perfect.
