Wow, very nice Dave! Looks like that 18mm is a cracking lens on the MM.

A little walk in the woods today... Decided to go warm-toned - seemed natural. :)

And... On the other end of the spectrum - it's not the Leica B&W after all - rather the Monochrom. Toned. ;)

Bought it originally for the M8 to give a 24mm, produces nice sharp contrasty shots with a 3D feel.

It's a little too wide for my liking on a FF camera but it's good for interiors and confined places.

Nice set of pictures Michael, looks like you're having a great time in Germany.

I think I got mine for the Ikon, but the M8 followed soon after. Never did use it much, oddly enough. It sure is wide, you got that right. I think not having the right finder, at least with the M9 onwards, didn't help. Though I'm definitely going to have to try it out on the MM... No oddball colorization if nothing else. Definitely a nice lens optically. In fact, I now have to dig out my ZMs - especially the C Sonnar! I'm really looking forward to trying that one on the MM.

Thanks! I most certainly am; always do. Most of my family is over here. :)

Good afternoon. I apologize for my bad English.
Monochrome acquired in October 2013. And yet do not feel like going back to color.

No worries at all, and welcome to LVL!

Love the photos; especially #1 and #2.
