I was reading the article here on the 6-bit lens codes, and noticed it was out of date. As I understand there is now a lens code for the Leica APO-TELYT-M 135 mm f/3.4 ASPH. I do not know if Leica has started to actually code the lenses, but the code is now in the Firmware for the M9.

The Leica Lens Codes article was updated some time ago - and includes the code for the APO-Telyt 135mm f/3.4 ASPH lens.

My suggestion would be to see if any of the 50/75mm adapters from jinfinance on eBay match your screw pattern.
