Just posted up an Overview of the M System article.

A history of the Leica M system, from the M3 to the latest M9-P with a picture of each and some notes.

We'll continue to add to this of course, but I think it's off to a good start. Basically compiling information from all over the web and several books, etc.

a thorough compilation indeed. for another time it would be interesting to fit in some of the special editions.

I do believe a special edition overview might be in the cards, or individual pages on bodies that goes into more detail. Also tossing around the idea of an "M Selector" where you answer a few questions and get a recommendation or two... We'll see. :)

I just updated the overview to show the M1 listed, along with a picture. Also updated info on early M2/M3 bodies.
